Abstract

El texto es una reflexión sobre la importancia de ver al juguete como patrimonio cultural, los juguetes mexicanos llamados tradicionales son pensados como artesanías y cuentan con una valoración positiva en el tema patrimonial, se plantea la necesidad de sumar la importancia de los juguetes contemporáneos que poseen una fuerte carga cultural a través de la significación creada en la relación niño-juguete. Lo que permite que grupos o generaciones enteras encuentren valor cultural en los objetos de su niñez. Generando que el juguete se pueda valorar en un espectro más amplio y significativo, y pueda ser considerado patrimonio cultural.
