Estudio sobre la conformación de la sentencia en los juicio con jurado en España y sus especialidades respecto de la sentencia del proceso penal presidido exclusivamente por un juez profesional. Análisis de la vinculación del magistrado-presidente al veredicto del jurado, pronunciamientos reservados al juez y motivación jurídica de la sentencia
This study examines the structure of judgments in jury trials in Spain and their specific features in comparison with judgments in criminal proceedings presided over exclusively by a professional judge. It analyses the binding effect of the jury’s verdict on the presiding judge, the rulings reserved to the judge, and the legal reasoning of the judgment.
