AB This study examines the structure of judgments in jury trials in Spain and their specific features in comparison with judgments in criminal proceedings presided over exclusively by a professional judge. It analyses the binding effect of the jury’s verdict on the presiding judge, the rulings reserved to the judge, and the legal reasoning of the judgment.
