Abstract
El presente artículo, apuesta por una formación permanente del profesorado de Formación
Profesional de Hostelería y Turismo. Nuestro principal objetivo es analizar el por qué los
profesores deben formarse permanentemente y sobre todo en la docencia de formación
profesional de Hostelería y Turismo. Asimismo, La metodología desarrollada en este trabajo
de investigación, ha sido de carácter cualitativo mediante la estrategia denominada "no
interactiva analítica documental". La gestión educativa en los centros de formación
profesional donde se imparten titulaciones de la familia de Hostelería y Turismo es de vital
importancia. El turismo en España supone 11% del P.I.B, este sector es el motor laboral y
económico de la nación, cada día gana mayor importancia en los ingresos que provienen de
éste área. Los resultados obtenidos en dicha investigación, nos hace reflexionar, que si
queremos formar verdaderos profesionales en nuestros centros educativos españoles, está
claro que deberemos aportar las herramientas necesarias y los docentes más cualificados
para obtener los mejores profesionales del sector turístico en el ámbito nacional.
This article, commitment to permanent training of the teaching staff of vocational training in hospitality and tourism. Our main objective is to analyze the why teachers should be permanently and especially in the teaching of vocational training in hospitality and tourism. In addition, the methodology developed in this research work, has been qualitative through the strategy known as "not interactive analytical documentary". The educational management in vocational training centres where taught degrees at the family's hospitality and tourism is of vital importance. Tourism in Spain represents 11 of the P.I.B, this sector is labour and economic engine of the nation, each day earns major revenue coming from this area. ThePágina 51 Número 1. Año I (Junio 2014). results obtained in this research, makes us reflect, that if we want to train real professionals in our Spanish schools, it is clear that we will have to provide the necessary tools and the most qualified teachers to obtain the best professionals of the tourism sector at the national level.
