Abstract
This text appears from the critical reflection in relation to the categorization of indigenous creations as crafts, sometimes as art or as design. The origins of the concepts of art, crafts and design are explored, including the processes that led to their differentiation throughout the history of Western culture and their ontology. From de later above, we consider there is disparity between these categories, and it does not correspond to their various relational ontologies and concepts that Indigenous Peoples assign of their creations and creation processes. We therefore suggest to claim the qualitative difference at the ontological level as different worlds.
