Abstract
Este trabajo de fin de grado estudia en profundidad el síndrome de
Burnout en la ocupación laboral docente universitaria y muestra la importancia
de las medidas de prevención de riesgos laborales del profesorado universitario
como defensa del Derecho a la Seguridad e Higiene en el trabajo.
En este sentido, se recopila una serie de estudios e investigaciones
relacionados con la temática, los cuales muestran elementos clave para
comprender el síndrome de estar quemado por trabajo conocido como
síndrome de Burnout y se enfatiza en el instrumento clásico de medida para su
evaluación (MBI). Posteriormente, se habla del perfil docente universitario en el
que se muestran aspectos de interés relacionado con sus funciones y actitudes
en el puesto de trabajo, ligado a esto se expone datos que detallan la relación
existente entre el Burnout y los/las docentes universitarios. A partir de esto, se
recalca a través de motivos aparentes la consideración de tomar precauciones
por adelantado y quiénes son los/las responsables correspondientes de los
centros de enseñanza superior que están obligados a hacer esto posible
conforme al marco legal referente y vigente.
The aim of this final degree project is to study Burnout syndrome in the university teaching occupational in depth and shows the importance of occupational hazards prevention measures for the university teaching staff as a defense of the right of occupational safety and health. A number of studies and researches related to the widely known Burnout syndrome are compiled, and special attention is drawn to the classical measuring instrument for its assessment (MBI). Thereupon, the profile of university professor is discussed, showing aspects of interest related to their functions and attitudes in the workplace. Data detailing the relationship between Burnout syndrome and university teachers is then presented. Afterwards, the reasons for the consideration of taking precautions in advance and who are the people responsible in universities compelled to make this possible, according to the legal framework in force, are emphasized.
