El derecho humano a la alimentación y su exigibilidad jurídica

Abstract

El artículo parte de la situación estructural de hambre crónica que sufre una séptima parte de la humanidad y la contrapone a la vigencia del derecho humano a la alimentación. Analizamos el contenido jurídico de este derecho y nos centramos en el alcance de su exigibilidad, así como en las posibles vías para hacerla efectiva en derecho internacional actual.-------------------------------------------------------------------The article acknowledges the structural situation of chronic hunger that is suffered by a seventh of the World population and compares it to the binding force of the human right to food. We analyze the legal content of this right and focus on the scope of its ability to be claimed, as well as in the possible means to make it effective in contemporary international law.
