Abstract
Faced with the phenomenon of depopulation and its effects on two generational groups: the elderly and young people, identifying them as potential users and subjects of intervention, it is proposed to set up a Cooperative Society to implement intergenerational programmes with a participatory research-action methodology. Thus, through the transfer of knowledge, the aim is, on the one hand, to satisfy the social needs of young people and the elderly, such as lack of employability and social participation, respectively. And on the other hand, the generation of innovative ideas that can be consolidated as entrepreneurial elements that facilitate the fixation of the population to the territory, and the enhancement of its value.
