This paper describes an innovative project for the practical application of neurodidetactics in the methodology of training in foreign languages and translation in higher educational institutions. Neurodidactics is also engaged in the problems of learning motivation [Grein 2021] and relies on the early practical application of acquired knowledge and skills — embodied learning [Stolz 2015]. The project consisted in the elaboration of university podcast in German Radio Wunderbar, where students of the Faculty of Translators of the Spanish University Pablo de Olavide were able to directly apply their linguistic professional skills and to get the being-in-the-real-world-experience. Podcast participants themselves led their learning process, more efficiently and quickly developed verbal and audible skills in a foreign language due to the immersion in the real context and discourse of communication in social, digital media space. This interactive methodology has demonstrated, that the early practical application of assimilated skills has increased the interest and motivation of students in learning foreign languages and the future profession. Neurodidactic approach to teaching in media space guarantees future professional readiness for new challenges thrown by rapidly developing multimodal speech technologies.
