Abstract
El presente proyecto de intervención pretende trabajar en la prevención de la ansiedad durante
la etapa de la infancia. En ella, cada niño/a puede llegar a enfrentarse a situaciones
estresantes de manera distinta, dependiendo de su personalidad, apego o entorno, entre otros
aspectos.
Por ello, es fundamental, teniendo en cuenta ello, formar en habilidades para la gestión de la
ansiedad, estrés o miedos, a través del reforzamiento de una autoestima sana, de técnicas
basadas en la relajación, de la gestión de las emociones o la resolución de conflictos. Todas
estas pautas forman al menor y pueden llegar a prevenir la aparición de la ansiedad.
Este proyecto trata además de ser una vía para visibilizar este tipo de trastornos durante la
infancia y de ser un impulso para sensibilizar a todas las personas; alumnos/as y maestros/as,
en definitiva, a la comunidad educativa, promoviendo actitudes de respeto y empatía, logrando
una mayor comprensión de este tema por parte de todos/as.
Por último, se pretende a través del mismo reivindicar el papel del educador social en este
ámbito y colectivo, mejorando la salud mental de los niños/as desde la intervención
socioeducativa, donde el educador puede ejercer sus funciones y acompañar en algunos casos
a la intervención psicológica.
This intervention project aims to work on the prevention of anxiety during childhood. In this stage, each child may face stressful situations in a different way, depending on his/her personality, attachment or environment, among other aspects. Therefore, it is essential, taking this into account, to train in skills for the management of anxiety, stress or fears, through the reinforcement of a healthy self-esteem, techniques based on relaxation, management of emotions or conflict resolution. All these guidelines form the child and can prevent the onset of anxiety. This project also tries to be a way to make visible this type of disorders during childhood and to be an impulse to sensitize all people; students and teachers, in short, the educational community, promoting attitudes of respect and empathy, achieving a greater understanding of this issue by all. Finally, it is intended through it to vindicate the role of the social educator in this field and group, improving the mental health of children from the socio-educational intervention, where the educator can exercise his functions and accompany in some cases the psychological intervention.
