Abstract
This paper presents a proposal to address two closely related aspects of the noble way of life, the urban spaces produced by the action of the titled nobility and the funerary spaces where they chose to bury themselves. Given the breadth of the subject, we take as a case study the ancient kingdom of Seville during a critical period, the 17th century. We present two typological proposals to classify and study both areas. The choice of this chronological framework is given by the importance of the phenomena that occur in it. During this century the crisis and bankruptcy of the territorialization system that the nobility had put in place during the previous century will take place.
