Diagnóstico de la información que se demanda al Centro de Inmunología Molecular

Abstract

La Gestión de la Información y la Comunicación permite conocer, juntar y enlazar los disímiles datos que se generan u utilizan en las diferentes áreas que conforman las instituciones; correlacionando todos los procesos que intervienen en la misma y proporcionando, de esta manera, la información precisa y oportuna para la toma de decisiones. En Cuba el sector biotecnológico se ha desarrollado en los últimos años de manera acelerada, adquiriendo una importancia no solo cuantitativa (dada por los recursos que pueda aportar) sino principalmente cualitativa, al ser uno de los primeros sectores que se ubican en el área de la economía del conocimiento. Muestra de lo anteriormente planteado lo constituye el Centro de Inmunología Molecular (CIM), una de las instituciones más destacadas dentro del sector. El CIM es una institución biotecnológica de ciclo completo, formando parte de la Organización Superior de Dirección Empresarial (OSDE) BioCubaFarma. Se dedica a la investigación básica, desarrollo, producción y comercialización de productos biotecnológicos contra el cáncer y otras enfermedades del sistema inmune. El objetivo del siguiente trabajo es la realización de un diagnóstico que constituya una guía práctica que contenga los disímiles datos que circulan a través de los canales estándares de comunicación del CIM. La investigación brinda un aporte práctico a la entidad objeto de estudio ya que muestra los principales emisores de información del centro y los receptores a los cuales va destinada la misma.

The Information and Communication Management allows us to know, collect and link the data used in the different areas that make up the institutions; correlating all the processes that intervene in the same and safe, in this way, accurate and timely information for decision making. In Cuba, the biotechnology sector has developed in the last years of the generation, but it acquires an importance not only quantitatively, but it is mainly about sectors that are in the area of the knowledge economy. A sample of the aforementioned is the Center for Molecular Immunology (CIM), one of the most outstanding institutions within the sector. The CIM is a full-cycle biotechnology institution, forming part of the Superior Organization of Business Management (OSDE) BioCubaFarma. It is dedicated to basic research, development, production and commercialization of biotechnological products against cancer and other diseases of the immune system. The objective of the following article is the realization of a diagnosis that constitutes a practical guide that contains the dissimilar data that circulate through the standard channels of communication of the CIM. The research provides a practical contribution to the entity under study as it shows the main sources of information of the CIM and the recipients of the same.
