Factores que inciden en el internamiento de los menores en un centro de protección.

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado muestra una investigación la cual se ha centrado en los factores que inciden en el internamiento del menor en un centro de protección de menores, siendo el objetivo principal de la misma determinar cuáles son las causas que favorecen a este internamiento, tomando como referencia al CAI Toribio de Velasco y dos investigaciones realizadas por otros autores en el CAR Virgen FátimaPuno y CAR Hogar San José Trujillo, para así contrastar la información obtenida en dicha investigación con la de otras investigaciones realizadas con anterioridad a la misma. Para conseguir obtener datos útiles a fin de dar respuestas a los objetivos, se ha llevado a cabo una metodología cualitativa mediante la realización de varias técnicas e instrumentos, entre este último podemos destacar la realización de una entrevista en el centro mencionado con anterioridad, un análisis documental y un D.A.F.O, ya que el cuestionario no se pudo realizar debido al COVID-19, puesto que nos fue imposible acceder a los y las menores de dicho centro. Así, tras el análisis de los datos obtenidos se ha podido confirmar algunas de las hipótesis de partida de la investigación, siendo una de ellas, que una de las causas de este internamiento es la desestructuración familiar; por otro lado, también se ha podido descartar otra hipótesis la cual está relacionada con los factores económicos, ya que se piensan que los niños que internan ahí únicamente provienen de una situación económica baja y se ha encontrado casos en los cuales esto no es así.

The current `Trabajo Fin de Grado¿ shows a research focused on the factors that commit in the interment of an underage in a young offenders¿ institution, establishing the main causes for the interment as the aim of this project itself, having the CAI Toribio de Velasco and two researches made by other authors in the CAR Virgen Fátima-Puno and the CAR San José Trujillo as the frame of reference so that the information in this very research can be contrasted with the information in other researches previously done to the current issue. To achieve useful data to prove the aims, it has been carried out a qualitative methodology by means of several techniques and tools, within which we can highlight an interview asked to the previously mentioned institution, a documentary analysis and a D.A.F.O because it has not been possible to get in contact with the underage and do the already prepared quiz due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This way, after the analysis of the obtained data, some of the initial hypothesis of the research have been proved, being the family unstructuration a cause of one of them. On the another hand, the hypothesis connected to the economical factors has been denied due to denial of the thinking about the underage children who were internmented were only coming from a low economical situation.
