Abstract
envejecimiento paulatino de la población que presenta una dualidad creciente;
colaborativas o Cohousing.
Abstract: Since the beginning of the profession, Clinical Social Work has been present in every individual or group intervention in an invisible way. Currently, this specialty has been empowered through the consolidation of Therapy as its own function by different internal and external organizations of its own representation. Factors such as: Capitalism, The biomedical model of health, The neoliberal model of management, Welfarism in Social Services and the new digital era have been a brake on the performance of the main facet of the profession: reducing the psychosocial discomfort of people through own resources. Added to this is: the digital divide, the increase in life expectancy and the gradual aging of the population that presents a growing duality; young and middle-aged people with a routine focused on multitasking and, on the other hand, elderly people who live in solitude and have a lot of free time. It is clear that we are the generation that suffers the most stress and anxiety, however, there is another older generation that needs to be listened to and stimulated. That is why, in this work we intend to intervene from the approach of clinical social work, with a population in a situation of unwanted loneliness of the elderly through the implementation of a collaborative housing project or Cohousing.
