Abstract

A lo largo del presente artículo se analiza la posibilidad de implementar la libertad sindical en la Guardia Civil, equiparando su situación a la de la Policía Nacional, a la luz de las últimas sentencias del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos.----------------------------------------------------------------------------Throughout this article we analyze the possibility of implementing the right to unionize in the Civil Guard, matching its situation to that of the National Police, in the light of the latest rulings of the European Court of Human Rights.
