Abstract
In recent years, very significant data on cerebrovascular diseases and strokes have been recorded, and these are very high. For this reason, in this intervention project, the aim was to analyse the lifestyle habits of the young population through the application of data collection techniques: documentary analysis and interviews. This analysis has detected the need to work with young people, to treat the disease and make them aware of the risk factors associated with it, in order to prevent and promote their health by bringing them closer to reality. Therefore, an intervention focused on providing the young population with adequate knowledge about stroke and ictus is proposed, as well as encouraging the participation of the target population in the prevention and promotion of stroke. The intervention emphasises the benefits for the population of approaching the disease at a young age, based on a community intervention project. All of this will be carried out by the DACE Foundation, attending the third and fourth year students of the Albert Einstein Institute.
