La gestión del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en el día a día durante el confinamiento general en Bormujos. ¿Cómo han sido atendidos los usuarios/as y por quienes?

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende indagar sobre la gestión del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en usuarios/as dependientes o no, empadronados en el municipio de Bormujos (Sevilla) en la época del confinamiento general que comenzó en marzo de 2020. Para este estudio se han consultado y contrastado distintas investigaciones acordes con el tema. Se ha realizado con una metodología cualitativa mediante entrevistas, gracias a la colaboración de trabajadoras del centro de Servicios Sociales Comunitarios de esta localidad. Los resultados muestran, entre otros, que existió una colaboración muy estrecha e intensa entre los Servicios Sociales, otros servicios provenientes del propio ayuntamiento y la ayuda facilitada por los familiares, vecinos y allegados de los usuarios/as más vulnerables.

This research aims to investigate the management of the Home Help Service in users, whether dependent or not, registered in the municipality of Bormujos (Seville) at the time of the general confinement that began in March 2020. For this study we have consulted and contrasted different research studies in the line with the subject. It has been carried out with a qualitative methodology through interviews, thanks to the collaboration of workers from the Community Social Services center of this locality. The results show, among other things, that there was a very close and intense collaboration between the Social Services, other services from the town council itself and the help provided by family members, neighbors and relatives of the most vulnerable users.
