La Trata de Seres Humanos con Fines de Explotación Sexual. Un análisis sobre la Protección de las mujeres nigerianas víctimas de trata y sus menores a cargo.

¿Volvió al agua, a una patera, con su hija, que contaba entonces con ocho meses de edad...Al arrancar el motor algo sucedió y se vieron dentro del agua. Sandra no sabía nadar y veía cómo la bebé se hundía junto a ella¿ La vida se le hace muy dura obligada a mendigar cada día con su hija a la espalda¿ Su patrón le ha hablado de la posibilidad de enviar a su hija a Europa sin ella y obligarla a tener un segundo embarazo. Sabe que puede perder a su bebé. Ya le ha pasado a otras mujeres que ella conoce y que llevan años sin saber de sus hijos. (Women¿s Link Worldwide, 2014, p.90) Acabamos de leer el testimonio de Sandra, una chica nigeriana víctima de trata con fines de explotación sexual, que como muchas vivió un infierno a manos de sus tratantes. Como Sandra, miles de chicas nigerianas llegan a España con menores a su cargo. Estos menores en muchas ocasiones son fruto de embarazos no deseados y/o de violaciones. Normalmente es la red la que decide si ese embarazo va a prosperar o no, dependiendo de lo que convenga en ese momento, hasta tal punto llega la cosificación de la mujer. Esta investigación pretende visibilizar a estos menores: ¿Qué ocurre con sus derechos?, ¿Se encuentran en riesgo?, ¿Está España preparada para acogerlos?... Son algunas de las cuestiones que trataremos de resolver a lo largo de este proyecto de investigación.

(Women¿s Link Worldwide, 2014, p.90) We have just read the testimony of Sandra, a Nigerian girl victim of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, who like many lived a hell at the hands of their traffickers. Like Sandra, thousands of Nigerian girls come to Spain with children in their care. These children are often the result of unwanted pregnancies and / or rape. Normally it is the network that decides whether or not that pregnancy will prosper, depending on what is appropriate at that moment, to such an extent comes the woman¿s reification. This research aims to make visible these children: What about their rights?, at risk?, Is Spain prepared to welcome them ... They are some of the questions we will try to resolve throughout this research Project.
