La corresponsabilidad en la Unión Europea, un camino por recorrer

Abstract

El presente trabajo enmarca un estudio sobre la corresponsabilidad en el ámbito de la Unión Europea. Para ello se analizan algunas disposiciones normativas circunscritas dentro del ámbito europeo y que están estrechamente relacionadas con la conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral. Se hace especial énfasis en el análisis de tres directivas: Directiva 2006/44/CE, Directiva 92/85/CEE y Directiva 2010/18/UE y también se examina la jurisprudencia más relevante del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea. A través del análisis de estas tres directivas y de la jurisprudencia del TJUE se valora la implicación del legislador europeo en este ámbito, de manera que se puede realizar un balance de los avances y retrocesos en materia de conciliación.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------The following article present a study about the co-responsibility in the European Union frame. With this purpose some normative dispositions related with the European Union ambit and associated with the conciliation of familiar and work life were analyzed. The analysis focuses on three directives: Directive 2006/44/CE, Directive 92/85/CEE y Directive 2010/18/UE and it¿s also examined the most relevant jurisprudence of the European Union Justice Tribunal. Through the analysis of these three main directives and the jurisprudence of the EUJT it¿s appreciated the implication of the European legislator in this field, and it enable the study of the forwards and backwards in conciliation
