Abstract

Democracy 4.0 is a legal basis work, formally embodied in a Petition (art. 29 Spain's Constitution), which claims the right to vote directly, approving the laws in a legislative chamber, using the share of sovereignty which belongs to us as citizens (art.1.2 Spain's Constitution). It's formuled using different sources of the Spanish legal system, so it is hardly refutable its legal legitimacy and legality. It is one of the claims of most of the social movements that emerged in the heat of May 15, 2011, starting for "Real Democracy Now" platform.
