Abstract
In this work it is carried out an analysis of the judicial construction of effective working time, specifically, of the displacement that workers must make in order to carry out their professional activity. In this way, it is differentiated between the travel carried out by salaried people from their home to the workplace, as well as that made by those from their home to the home of the first client and vice versa, and, finally, that of those workers who do not have a regular work center, but whose activity is characterized by being carried out on an itinerant basis without being assigned to any work center.
