La Música Hip-Hop como Recurso Preventivo del Acoso Escolar: Análisis de 10 Canciones de Hip-Hop en Español sobre Bullying

Abstract

Los objetivos de este estudio son, en primer lugar, conocer la visión sobre el bullying que proporcionan las canciones de hip-hop en español sistematizando sus aportaciones de cara a un mejor aprovechamiento de las mismas como recurso educativo, y en segundo lugar, crear una lista de canciones de hip-hop en español que traten el tema del bullying con el fin de poder utilizarlas como herramientas preventivas en el trabajo con niños y adolescentes. Se propone un diseño cualitativo, analizando el contenido de las letras de las canciones siguiendo los pasos de la Teoría General Inductiva y complementándolo con el análisis cuantitativo de las visualizaciones de los vídeos de dichas canciones en Youtube. Se concluye que las canciones de hip-hop en español seleccionadas favorecen los procesos empáticos con la víctima al poner de manifiesto sus procesos de pensamiento y sus sentimientos así como fomentan entre los testigos el rol de defensor, connotando positivamente los valores implicados en la asunción del mismo.The objectives of this study are, firstly, know the point of view about bullying provided by Spanish hip-hop songs in order to systematize their contributions to use them as an educational resource, and secondly, to create a list of Spanish hip-hop songs about bullying in order to use as preventive tools in working with children and adolescents. We propose a qualitative design, analyzing the content of the lyrics following the steps of the General Theory Inductive and complemented with quantitative analysis of the displays of videos of these songs on Youtube. It is concluded that the selected Spanish hip-hop songs improve empathic processes with the victim because of revealing their processes of thinking and feelings and encourage among the witnesses the defender role, connoting positively the values involved in taking it.
