La controvertida eficacia liberatoria del finiquito

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la construcción doctrinal, científica y judicial, realizada en torno al finiquito como documento liberatorio respecto de la liquidación de haberes, así como de la relación laboral. Así se realiza un estudio de la última línea judicial en cuanto a su conceptuación y elementos característicos para después analizar los requisitos de su eficacia liberatoria en cuanto a los montantes económicos debidos y al contrato de trabajo.---------------------------------------------------------------------------In this work it is analysed the scientific and judicial doctrinal construction realized concerning the quittance as liberation document regarding the liquidation of salary, as well as of the labour relation. So, it is realized a study of the last judicial line with regard to its meaning and typical elements and later it is analysed the requirements of its liberation efficiency as for the economic amounts and the work contract.
