Abstract
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado analiza el feno¿meno del absentismo escolar en el municipio de Barbate (Ca¿diz). Esta problema¿tica en la localidad esta¿ ocasionada por mu¿ltiples factores personales, educativos y de funcionamiento de los centros educativos, familiares, sociales y econo¿micos; por lo que se precisa de una intervencio¿n que tenga un enfoque multidimensional con respecto al feno¿meno. Debido a esto, se han planificado una serie de actuaciones, destinadas a los agentes implicados con este problema -personal educativo, familiares y el propio alumnado-, con las que se pretende reducir y prevenir el absentismo escolar a trave¿s de la concienciacio¿n y la sensibilizacio¿n de e¿stos, y mediante la coordinacio¿n en las intervenciones de profesionales que actu¿an con el Absentismo Escolar.
The present Final Project analyses truancy as a problem perceived in Barbate (Ca¿diz). This issue is given by several factors happening in this town, such as the running of the educational centre, family problems, educational matters or social and economic aspects. Given this variety of factors, an intervention which inludes a multidimensional approach is needed. Consequently, we propose a series of actions intended for all those agents involved in this problem - Educational staff, family members and the student body itself-. These actions are aimed to reduce and prevent truancy by raising awareness of this issue among local population, and by coordinating every professional intervention which is currently being taken against truancy
