La compleja vida de un migrante, su visión como derecho humano

Abstract

El derecho a la vida no sólo involucra el freno a la actividad estatal arbitraria mediante una omisión traducida en el respeto. Por el contrario, Involucra la concreción de condiciones y la toma de medidas enfocadas a hacer que el hecho de vivir sea digno. Salud, educación, vivienda y alimentación son fundamentales para lo anterior. El migrante irregular sufre una vulneración manifiesta de este derecho humano, tanto en su país de origen como en el de recepción. Aquí se ofrece un análisis en torno a lo anterior.--------------------------------------------------------------------The right to life involves not only curb arbitrary state action by omission, understood as respect. On the contrary, it involves the realization of conditions among measures aimed to making worthy the act of living. Health, education, housing and food are key for the latter.
