The year 2021 marks the 350th anniversary of the canonization of Isabel Flores (Lima, 1586-1617). The young woman from Lima reached the altars of Rome as the first American saint in 1671, a moment that was considered as a turning point in the Catholic world. This research examines the presence and popularity of the cult of Santa Rosa in various cities of the Spanish Peninsula, as well as the networks of American and Spanish individuals who contributed to its consolidation. This was embodied in many temples by ceremonies and images. In addition to the celebrations held at the Court of the King, significant events took place in Seville and Cadiz, as these cities were the focal points for trade overseas.
