Los jóvenes: ¿El nuevo colectivo en exclusión laboral?

Abstract

Resumen: La forma de concebir el empleo, ha cambiado a lo largo de los años. Es evidente que siempre ha sido algo importante y necesario teniendo en cuenta que es un rito de paso hacia la edad adulta, socialmente hablando. No obstante, las generaciones más actuales se toman la consecución de un empleo de una forma diferente a la de las generaciones anteriores. Son muchas las investigaciones que constatan que estamos ante una de las generaciones de jóvenes más formadas y más dañadas por la brecha laboral. El presente trabajo muestra un diseño de investigación que pretende descubrir si los/las jóvenes son un nuevo colectivo en exclusión laboral. Para ello se ha optado por una metodología cualitativa, que se encuadra dentro del paradigma constructivista ¿ interpretativo simbólico. Los primeros datos obtenidos desde la perspectiva de los/las jóvenes muestra una ligera tendencia hacia un mayor sentimiento de exclusión en aquellos jóvenes que están más cercanos a la edad de los 30 años.

Abstract: The way of conceiving the employment, has changed throughout the years. It is evident that always it has been something important and necessary bearing in mind that is a rite of step towards the adult age, socially speaking. Nevertheless, the most current generations take the attainment of an employment of a form different from that of the previous generations. There are great the investigations that they state that we are before one of the generations of young people more trained and more damaged by the labor gap. The present work reflects sample a design of investigation that it tries to discover if the young persons are a new group in labor exclusion. For it, it has been chosen for a qualitative methodology, which is fitted inside the paradigm constructivist and interpretive symbolically. The first information obtained from the perspective of the young persons it shows a slight trend towards a major feeling of exclusion in those young persons who are nearest to the age of 30 years.
