| dc.description.abstract | The European Constitution Project has not come to satisfactory fruition. Some fundamental reasons behind its failure are its excessive technicism, the inexistence of political pedagogy, and the biased media campaign propelled by its antagonists. in this essay, I do propose a future alternative European constitution aimed at recoiling the citizenry enthuasiasm without renouncing to technical rigor.
