El ingreso irregular en el mercado laboral se está viendo favorecido por la aparición de nuevos agentes implicados en la contratación de estos trabajadores que, en ocasiones, actúan al margen de la legalidad. El presente estudio se centra, en primer lugar, en el análisis de los supuestos problemáticos que giran actualmente en torno a la contratación irregular, ya sea por la externalización de actividades de trabajo doméstico a través de empresas de servicios o por la realización de prácticas abusivas que degeneran en precariedad laboral. En segundo lugar, se delimitan las consecuencias que para los implicados (empleados y empleadores) tienen las actuaciones realizadas.
