In addition, they allow for a deeper reflection on certain social issues and some of its problematic aspects. This round table has analyzed some of these new visions of the West, as well as their contributions and implications for the evolving conception of this geographical and cultural territory. More specifically, has dealt with the western as a cultural form whose conventions can incorporate postmodern features to enhance the western genre and the imagery of the West.
