The first author of this paper works at a university in the South of Spain (Universidad Pablo de Olavide - UPO) and the second author of this paper works in a Federal University in the Southeast region of Brazil (Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo - UFES) in what we can call the geopolitical North of the South in Brazilian geopolitical terms and in the South in global terms.
