Tras realizar un recorrido sobre los diversos aspectos tratados, se cierra con un análisis de las más recientes resoluciones donde se analiza el papel del probate y de los legal representatives en las sucesiones abiertas en España.This paper addresses the various issues that have been analyzed by the General Directorate of Registers and Notaries since the application of Regulation 650/2012 on August 17th 2015 regarding the succession of British citizens in Spain.
