AB El presente proyecto de intervención pretende trabajar en el fortalecimiento de las relaciones interpersonales durante la adolescencia, especialmente dentro del grupo de iguales. La adolescencia es una etapa en la que se experimentan numerosos cambios a nivel fisiológico, psicológico y social y todo ello, unido con la personalidad del menor y su entorno, influirá en su proceso de socialización durante estos años.El grupo de iguales y el entorno social de menor con edades similares, se convierte en esta etapa en una parte fundamental de la vida del mismo, desarrollándose en él las primeras relaciones sexo-afectivas, relaciones de amistad nuevas y siendo a la vez un importante factor que afectará a la búsqueda de identidad del menor.La comunicación, empatía y respeto son imprescindibles para que el adolescente desarrolle relaciones sanas durante esta etapa y que ello le aporte una base de seguridad. Además, la autoestima jugará un papel sustancial en las formas de relación.
AB This intervention project aims to work on strengthening interpersonal relationships during adolescence, especially within the peer group. Adolescence is a stage in which many physiological, psychological and social changes are experienced and all this, together with the personality of the child and his environment, will influence his socialization process during these years.The peer group and the social environment of children of similar ages becomes at this stage a fundamental part of the child's life, developing in it the first sex-affective relationships, new friendships and being at the same time an important factor that will affect the child's search for identity.Communication, empathy and respect are essential for the adolescent to develop healthy relationships during this stage and provide a basis of security. In addition, self esteem will play a substantial role in the forms of relationships.
