AB En un momento en el que el envejecimiento crece a pasos agigantados, nuestra sociedad empieza a verse forzada a planear nuevas maneras de colaboración entre generaciones. Se comienza a tener en cuenta conceptos como solidaridad y ambivalencia intergeneracional. Con este proyecto se pretende poner de manifiesto los numerosos beneficios que aportan las relaciones intergeneracionales considerando que una interacción con personas de distintas edades puede llegar a facilitar el intercambio de experiencias y costumbres.Desde Trabajo Social, se apuesta por realizar este tipo de programas pues proporcionan un aumento del bienestar personal. La conexión de los diferentes grupos con el pasado y el futuro, aumenta la empatía y la tolerancia hacia lo diferente.De esta manera, el presente proyecto invita a una reflexión acerca de la viabilidad de los Programas Intergeneracionales.
AB In a time where aging is growing by leaps and bounds, our society begins to be forced to plan new ways of collaborating among generations. Solidarity and intergenerational ambivalence are concepts that are now being taken into account. The purpose of this project is to expose the benefits resulting from intergenerational relationships, considering that any interaction among people of different ages may facilitate the interchange of experiences and customs.From Social Work we support this type of programs that enhance personal wellbeing. Connection among different groups with the past and the future results in an increase in empathy and tolerance to difference.In this way, the present project encourages reflection on viability of Intergenerational Programs.
