AB Sob uma visita da crítica feminista, o ensaio busca investigar a presença de artistas mulheres nas edições do Panorama de Arte Atual Brasileira (um programa realizado pelo Museu de Arte Moderna de São Paulo) dedicadas ao campo tridimensional, realizadas entre 1972 e 1991. A ideia foi compreender como a justaposição de dois indicadores – o de gênero e o da linguagem artística – produziu um campo de obliteração generificado, raramente abordado pela historiografia da arte. Para tanto, fez-se um vasto diagnóstico sobre a participação delas nas mostras, com comparações por gênero, geração, naturalidade e premiação. A pesquisa também procurou identificar certas formalizações e filiações nas obras apresentadas por elas, assumindo que tais escolhas nunca são neutras nem desconectadas do ambiente cultural que produz subjetividades na esfera pública.
AB Under a feminist critique, the essay seeks to investigate the presence of female artists in the editions of Panorama de Arte Atual Brasileira (a program carried out by the Museum of Modern Art in São Paulo since 1969) dedicated to the three-dimensional field, held between 1972 and 1991. The idea was to understand how the juxtaposition of the two indicators – that of gender and that of artistic expression – produces a field of gendered obliteration, rarely addressed by art historiography. Therefore, a broad diagnosis was made of their participation in these shows, with detailed comparisons by gender, generation, place of birth and award. The research also sought to identify certain formalizations and affiliations on their part, assuming that such choices are never neutral nor disconnected from the cultural environment that produces subjectivities in the public sphere.
