Mu¿ammad al-¿ar¿bulus¿ (378- 469/988-1077) recogida en el Kit¿b al-¿ila de Ibn Baškuw¿l, y cuya traducción se presenta aquí, se desprenden varios datos de interés, como el lugar en que aprendió el comentario coránico de al-Naqq¿š ¿la ciudad de Toledo¿, un ejemplo de la transmisión del conocimiento maestro-discípulo en el período medieval, así como el uso del término ¿ulliyya para designar una ¿planta alta¿ de una construcción.
%X Abstract: Offers the Spanish translation of the biography of al-¿ar¿bulus¿ (378-469/988- 1077) as collected in the Kit¿b al-¿ila by Ibn Baškuw¿l. This biography includes data of interest, such as the confirmation that Toledo was the city where he learned the Tafs¿r by al-Naqq¿š, an example of the medieval knowledge transfer system, or the use of ¿ulliyya as the name for an `upper floor¿ in a building.
