AB La regulación jurídico-laboral de la jubilación parcial en España ha sufrido numerosas modificaciones desde su primera versión de 1984. En el presente artículo se da cuenta de la evolución de la normativa laboral de la jubilación parcial hasta llegar a la actual regulación siguiendo como hilo conductor del análisis el cambio progresivo de la finalidad perseguida por el legislador con las diferentes modificaciones.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------The labor regulation of partial retirement in Spain has undergone many changes since its first version of 1984. In this article is analyzed the labor regulatory evolution of partial retirement until the current regulation following thread analysis as progressive change objective pursued in different modifications.
