AB Los fundamentos iusnaturalistas del pensamiento político de Adolf Hitler y Alfred Rosenberg y su posterior influencia en la creación de la filosofía jurídica nacionalsocialista alemana. Los principales fundamentos intelectuales del Derecho y del Estado desde el punto de vista de la filosofía jurídica nacionalsocialista, elaborados por los conocidos jurista alemanes Karl Larenz y Carl Schmitt, y las consecuencias de sus fundamentaciones en la represión estatal realizada por el régimen nazi.
AB The natural law fundations on the Adolf Hitler and Alfred Ro-senberg political thought, and their influence on the subsequent creation of the German National Socialist legal philosophy. The main intellectual foundations of the law and the State from the point of the National So-cialist legal philosophy, made by the famous germans jurists Karl Larenz and Carl Schmitt, and the consequences of his fundamentations in the State repression carried out by the Nazi regime.
