We will apply TranslationalStudies and specifically, the theory of the Leipzig School, in order to propose asolution for this question. Given that we consider the aim of audio description (AD) totransmit the communicative value (with its axiological charge) and the communicativefunction of the film taking into consideration the global communicative function ofthe film in order to elaborate an audio described film (TT) which is communicativelyequivalent to the original film (OT), we defend the hypothesis that the filmic audiodescriptive text (FADT) contains lexemes of the whole axiological range (positive, negativeand neutral) in order to be able to transmit the film value in a communicativelyequivalent way. %K Audio description of films %K Intersemiotic translation %K Aspect of neutrality %K Communicative equivalence %K Communicative effect %~
