AB La Ley Orgánica 10/2022, de 6 de septiembre, de garantía integral de la libertad sexual (LOGILS) incluye entre las actuaciones fundamentales para hacer efectivo el derecho a la asistencia integral especializada y accesible de las víctimas de violencias sexuales y acreditar dicha violencia y las consecuencias físicas, psicológicas, emocionales o de otra índole de la misma: el diseño de protocolos de actuación en casos de violencias sexuales; la valoración forense integral realizada por profesionales de equipos sanitarios y psicosociales especializados en la identificación y evaluación de las violencias sexuales para asistir a los jueces y tribunales; y, en definitiva, la importancia de que la práctica forense sea disponible, accesible y especializada. Por ello, se ha recopilado información de diversas fuentes de investigación de naturaleza multidisciplinar que aúnan los conocimientos de la victimología con los de otras disciplinas tales como la enfermería, la medicina y la psicología. El presente trabajo se dirige a observar los efectos neuropsicológicos que pueden presentar las víctimas de violencias sexuales y a reflexionar sobre la aplicación práctica de las previsiones de naturaleza forense contenidas en la LOGILS.
AB Organic Law 10/2022, of 6 September, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom (LOGILS) includes among the fundamental actions to make effective the right to comprehensive, specialised and accessible assistance for victims of sexual violences and to accredit such violence and the physical, psychological, emotional or other consequences thereof: the design of protocols for action in cases of sexual violences; comprehensive forensic assessment carried out by professionals from health and psychosocial teams specialised in the identification and assessment of sexual violences to assist judges and courts; and, ultimately, the importance of making forensic practices available, accessible and specialised. For this reason, information has been gathered from various research sources of a multidisciplinary nature that bring together the expertise of victimology with that of other disciplines such as nursing, medicine and psychology. This paper aims to observe the neuropsychological effects that victims of sexual violences may present and to reflect on the practical application of the forensic provisions contained in LOGILS.
