AB Esta contribución tiene un doble objetivo. Por un lado, exponer la nueva relación existente entre el Estado y los Derechos fundamentales. El Estado ya no es sólo una potencial amenaza para la libertad, sino que se configura también como su protector y garante. Por otro, realizar algunas propuestas de reforma constitucional que podrían contribuir a perfeccionar nuestro sistema de derechos, un sistema ya de por sí extraordinariamente avanzado y garantista
AB This contribution has a double objective. On the one hand, expose the new relationship between the State and fundamental rights. The State is no longer only a potential threat to freedom, but it is also configured as its protector.
