RT Generic T1 Course to prevent early school leaving in multicultural educational settings in Europe A1 Rodríguez-Izquierdo; R. M. (coord.), / K1 Erasmus+ project K1 Early School Leaving K1 School failure K1 Good practices AB This course is the result of educational research of teachers and academicians. This course aims to support those professionals working with youth in identifying and monitoring students and schools in need of greater care and support to prevent Early School Leaving (ESL) namely: teachers, principals, educators, pedagogical counsellors, class tutors, social educators, and school psychologists.Although there are an enormous number of variables that impact on ESL, the framework for the course was designed to focus mainly on in-school factors influencing ESL, such as teaching methods and curricular issues, positive/negative school climate, and the parents' role as a contributing factor to ESL.
