%X RESUMENEsta investigación se basa en el estudio del perfil del alumno absentista en el contexto de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios de Carmona. El absentismo escolar es la falta de asistencia a clase de manera reiterada por parte de un/una menor.La metodología empleada en esta investigación es mixta (cuantitativa y cualitativa), de manera que, está compuesta por preguntas abiertas y preguntas de opción a elegir. Por lo tanto, se han elaborado dos Formulario Google, unopara los/las Profesores/as de los Centros Educativos, y otro para los/las Trabajadores/as y Educadores/as Sociales de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios de Carmona. Partiendo de los propios objetivos fijados en esta investigación hemos obtenido ciertas conclusiones. Descubrimos que las familias no contribuyen en la motivación del menor o la menor por asistir a clase, debido a que tienen una percepción negativa de los centros educativos. Además, existe una mala relación entre los/las alumnos/as absentistas con el resto de los compañeros, dado a la gran cantidad de conflictos que se originan cuando éstos acuden a clase. Por último, los/las profesores/as de los centros educativos muestran un cierto descontento con el Protocolo de Absentismo que se llevan a cabo por parte de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios de Carmona.
%X ABSTRACTThis research is based on the study of the absent student profile in the context of the Community Social Service of Carmona. Absenteeism is the repeated lack of assistance of a minor from school.The methodology employed in this inquiry is mixed (quantitative and qualitative), so it is composed of questions with open answers or options to choose from. Therefore, it has been elaborated two different Google Forms, one for the teachers of the education centers and the other for the social workers from the Community Social Service of Carmona.Based on the aims set for this study, we have obtained certain conclusions. We find out that families do not contribute to the motivation of the minor to attend classes, due to they have a negative perception of the education centers. Furthermore, it exists a bad relationship between absent students with the rest of their classmates, given the great number of conflicts that emerge when they attend classes. Finally, teachers from the education centers express a certain degree of displeasure with the Absenteeism Protocol accomplished by the Community Social Service of Carmona.
