%T El bienestar emocional de la población española durante el confinamiento por Covid-19: una aproximación sociológica a los factores de riesgo en la pandemia

%X El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que afectaron al bienestar emocional de la población española durante el confinamiento derivado del Covid-19. Para ello, y disponiendo de los datos obtenidos a partir del estudio 3285-CIS, se analiza la interrelación entre variables relativas al bienestar emocional –fatiga pandémica, miedo y soledad no deseada– junto con variables demográficas. Se utilizan diferentes técnicas de análisis estadístico a través del programa SPSS: análisis de frecuencias, correlación de las variables dependientes y elaboración de cuatro modelos de regresión logística binaria. Este estudio concluye que ser joven o tener una actitud positiva hacia el futuro fueron factores que pusieron en riesgo el bienestar emocional durante la pandemia, junto con otros como ser mujer o vivir solo/a. Este estudio se enmarca en un contexto específico nunca antes vivido por la humanidad, por lo que cuenta con un gran interés sociológico.
%X The main goal of this Final Degree Project is to analyze the factors that affected the emotional well-being of the Spanish population during the lockdown cause by Covid-19. To achieve this, using the data obtained from the 3285-CIS study as a basis, we analyze the interrelationship between variables related to emotional well-being –pandemic fatigue, fear and loneliness– along with demographic variables. Different statistical analysis techniques are used through the SPSS program: frequency analysis, the correlation of the dependent variables and the development of four binary logistic regression models. This study concludes that being young and having a positive attitude towards the future were risk factors for emotional well-being during the pandemic, among others, such as being a woman and living alone. This study is framed in a specific context never experienced by the human kind, therefore, it involves far-reaching sociological interest.
