AB En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se realiza una aproximación a laactuación de la figura profesional del trabajador social y al instrumento deldictamen pericial en los procesos judiciales, donde actúa como perito. Esteestudio ha comenzado con una recopilación bibliográfica, a fin de obtenerinformación de los trabajos y de las fuentes científicas, que han tratado elpreviamente citado objeto de estudio, lo que ha sido plasmado en lafundamentación teórica. Posteriormente, se han realizado diferentes entrevistasa profesionales que ejercen en el ámbito de la Justicia o se encuentran muypróximos al mismo, que han sido tanto trabajadores sociales comoprofesionales pertenecientes a otras disciplinas. Estos pasos, previamenterealizados, tenían el objetivo de llevar a cabo una comprobación y comparacióndel marco teórico respecto a la realidad actual, en la que se encuentraninmersos los profesionales del Trabajo Social en Justicia, tanto de procedenciapública como privada, señalando las disparidades presentes en la relaciónteórico-práctica. Finalmente, han sido añadidas reseñas de elaboración propia,las cuales han tratado de realizarse desde una perspectiva crítica hacia elfuncionamiento del sistema judicial, y de autocrítica hacia la disciplina delTrabajo Social y sus profesionales. En consecuencia, se han tratado deenfatizar las causas por las cuales se producen estos desajustes, así como deldevenir futuro de este ámbito del Trabajo Social, aun por construir.
AB In the present Work of End of Degree an approach is realized to the actionof the professional figure of the social worker and the instrument of the socialexpert opinion in the judicial processes, where he or she acts like expert. Thisstudy has begun with a bibliographical compilation to obtain the information ofthe works and the scientific sources, which have previously dealt with thementioned subject of study, being reflected in the theoretical foundation.Subsequently, different interviews have been carried out with professionalsworking in the area of Justice or are very close to it, who have been both socialworkers and professionals belonging to other disciplines. The steps, previouslydone, had the objective to carry out a verification and the comparison of thetheoretical framework with respect to the present reality, in which theprofessionals of the Social Work in Justice are immersed, both public andprivate, denoting the disparities comments on the theoretical-practicalrelationship. Finally, self-elaborated reviews have been added, which have triedto perform from a critical perspective towards the functioning of the judicialsystem, and self-criticism towards the discipline of Social Work and itsprofessionals. Consequently, we not only have tried to emphasize the causesfor these disarrangements, but the future of this area of Social Work yet to bebuilt as well.
