AB Este documento se considera el único a nivel regional que contempla en un sólo texto y de manera conjunta losderechos de libertad y aquellos de contenido prestacional insistiendo de este modo sobre su interdependencia ysu indivisibilidad. Más aún, puede inferirse de la lectura de sus disposiciones que el bienestar material es condición sine qua non para el ejercicio de todas las demás libertades. Sin embargo la ¿jurisprudencia¿ de la Comisión africana sobre derechos sociales demuestra que éstos son reconocidos desde una faceta principalmente cívico-­política y sólo ocasionalmente prestacional.
