AB Este ensayo pretende ser un acercamiento desde la antropología del cuerpo al contexto judicial y los juicios de agresiones sexuales que tienen lugar en la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid (España). En primer lugar, se trata de reconocer algunos abordajes previos que se han realizado respecto a la violencia sexual. En segundo lugar, se lleva a cabo una pequeña exploración de las formas de representación profesional de la agresión y las subjetividades generadas. A partir de la noción de “gubernamentalidad” foucaultiana analizo las estrategias de acercamiento al fenómeno desde lo discursivo y la teoría de la práctica. La metodología es cualitativa y las técnicas usadas son la observación participante y las entrevistas semiabiertas en profundidad. Algunas hipótesis que rescato son que en los juicios prima la búsqueda de objetividad y la evidencia, así como la fragmentación del cuerpo de la víctima.
AB This essay presents an approach from the anthropology of the body to the judicial context and the trial of sexual assaults that take place in the Provincial Court of Madrid (Spain). In the first place, some previous approaches are shown regarding the phenomenon of sexual violence from different disciplines. Secondly, a small exploration of the forms of professional representation of aggression and subjectivities is carried out. Based on the Foucauldian notion of "governmentality" and the theory of practice, he analyzed the professional strategies of approaching sexual violence. The methodology is qualitative and the techniques used have been participant observation and in‐depth semi-open interviews. Some hypotheses that they rescue are that in trials the search for objectivity and evidence prevails, as well as the fragmentation of the victim's body.
