%X La presente investigación pretende indagar sobre la gestión del Servicio deAyuda a Domicilio en usuarios/as dependientes o no, empadronados en elmunicipio de Bormujos (Sevilla) en la época del confinamiento general quecomenzó en marzo de 2020.Para este estudio se han consultado y contrastado distintas investigacionesacordes con el tema. Se ha realizado con una metodología cualitativa medianteentrevistas, gracias a la colaboración de trabajadoras del centro de ServiciosSociales Comunitarios de esta localidad.Los resultados muestran, entre otros, que existió una colaboración muyestrecha e intensa entre los Servicios Sociales, otros servicios provenientes delpropio ayuntamiento y la ayuda facilitada por los familiares, vecinos y allegadosde los usuarios/as más vulnerables.
%X This research aims to investigate the management of the Home Help Service inusers, whether dependent or not, registered in the municipality of Bormujos(Seville) at the time of the general confinement that began in March 2020.For this study we have consulted and contrasted different research studies inthe line with the subject. It has been carried out with a qualitative methodologythrough interviews, thanks to the collaboration of workers from the CommunitySocial Services center of this locality.The results show, among other things, that there was a very close and intensecollaboration between the Social Services, other services from the town councilitself and the help provided by family members, neighbors and relatives of themost vulnerable users.
