AB El presente TFG se trata de una propuesta de intervención grupal con mujeres supervivientes de trata con fines de explotación sexual, la cual supone una vulneración total de los derechos humanos. Contando con el apoyo de la entidad Nuevo Hogar Betania, la cual aborda de cerca las necesidades de este perfil, apostamos por trabajar el empoderamiento y la autonomía para lograr su posterior inclusión social mediante un grupo de ayuda mutua con y para las doce mujeres que van a ser partícipes en la creación, promoción y transformación del mismo; en el cual las mismas participantes junto con el apoyo de las profesionales ahondarán en las distintas áreas de su vida, tales como la autoestima, las habilidades sociales o la inserción sociolaboral. Para ello, ha sido fundamental aplicar la perspectiva de género, la cual resulta de suma importancia cuando se quiere realizar una intervención adaptada a las características del colectivo. En definitiva, la propuesta que realizamos, la cual se sustenta bajo la mirada intercultural, pretende constatar los beneficios que el grupo de ayuda mutua puede aportar a una serie de mujeres de diversos orígenes, particularidades y etnicidades cuya circunstancia común es ser supervivientes de procesos de trata con fines de explotación sexual, para que de esta manera se genere una sinergia entre las participantes y puedan constituir una red de apoyo que les permita adquirir diferentes fortalezas para que se sitúen como las protagonistas de su propio proceso como agentes de cambio.
AB This FDP is about a group intervention proposal with women survivors of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, which supposes a total violation of human rights. With the support of the entity Nuevo Hogar Betania, which closely addresses the needs of this profile, we are committed to working on empowerment and autonomy to achieve their subsequent social inclusion through a mutual aid group with and for the twelve women who are going to to be participants in its creation, promotion and transformation; in which the participants themselves, together with the support of the professionals, will delve into the different areas of their lives, such as self-esteem, social skills or social and labor insertion. Finally, it is invited to reflect on the various currents of thought, emerging in the last decade due to the rise of the feminist movement, on the phenomenon of prostitution. All this under the gaze of Social Work, with the possibility of laying the foundations that serve as a precedent to build a future deeper support network that directs the different institutions that make up our society towards new social policies that intervene at the root of this social problems, raise awareness among public and private powers regarding action against trafficking in persons and the need to apply the gender perspective; and thus avoid the revictimization of this group, turning them into the protagonists of their own process as agents of change.
