AB En este trabajo analizaremos los efectos que ocasionan las declaraciones de ruina en el patrimonio edificado de la ciudad histórica, determinadas en muchas ocasiones, por la incomprensión de los inmuebles históricos como herencia colectiva por parte de sus propietarios. Dichas declaraciones implican una grave alteración del contexto que articula la ciudad histórica y le confiere pertinencia formal, afectando irremediablemente a la pérdida de su identidad cultural y sus valores.
AB In this work we will analyze the effects that cause the declarations of ruin in the built heritage of the historical city, determined in many occasions, for the incomprehension of the historical real estate as collective inheritance on the part of his owners. The mentioned declarations imply a serious alteration of the context that articulates the historical city and awards formal relevancy, concerning irremediably the loss of his cultural identity and his values.
